Great value for money

Our stay was great! The room was nice and big, clean, the breakfast was good. Wifi was good. As with other hotels, the staff try to sell you travel arrangements at every opportunity. The staff's English was good and they were helpful and friendly enough. There was a fridge in the room. We think the AC broke after our first night, where it just felt like a fan instead of blowing out cool air, but it was still comfortable as there was another fan in the room.

We stayed for 3 nights in total. The location was excellent and the rooms although basic were nicely decorated and modern. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay, particularly the price. However, we organised a tour through the hotel to Hanong Bay. When we arrived just about everybody else had paid $ less than us (each) & they got to stay in the fancy beach bungalows whereas we were in budget hotel accommodation so we felt slightly ripped off. In future I would probably have stayed around the corner at the Paramount Hotel (same price for superb rooms) and would not book any tours through this hotel.
