Friendly Staff who speak English and provide 5 star service 8.3 We booked a different hotel to stay at after our Halong Bay trip, the accommodation was so dirty and disgusting we walked out forfeiting what we paid and asked the taxi driver to take us back to Hanoi Moment, they were very happy to see us back and provided us with a discount for the room.

Groups Malaysia, April 30, 2013	Value for money and impressive service Friendly staff, clean and strategic location 8.3 When we arrived at the hotel, the staff is very friendly, and polite and helping us to make sure we check-in on the days we book which have a day that we will not be there but going to Halong Bay. The room was clean and with handwritten welcome note gives a personalise touch to it. They remember our itinerary well even though we had only casually mentioned it one the 1st day we arrived. When we asked when can we get some local stuffs, and information, they tried their utmost best to assist us. We went to Halong Bay on the 3rd day, but upon arriving we were told due to the weather we cant stay overnite on board, we called Hanoi Moment immediately, even though they do not have room, but they have arranged for us to stayed in Hanoi Moment 2 at such short notice. Our final day, we had to leave to airport early in the morning, and the staff actually had our breakfast pack so that we can have it on the way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone not just that the service is awesome, but the cleanliness and the location of the hotel is strategic as well.
