Considering the price, Hanoi Municipal Hotel is good. The reception girl is a beautiful girl with great patience. Their car to airport is comfortable and not expensive (USD 15). And the environment around the hotel is Vietnamese-style and interesting. Just a little noisy in the early morning. I think I should try it again in the future.
When I arrived at the hotel at 18:00 26 Sept., then hadn't received from Agoda about my reservation, and they had only one room at that time. (I booked 2 rooms.) But when I showed the transaction details of Agoda by Internet, they contacted another hotel neighborhood and provided us another room there.
They forgot to give me a bottle of hot water until I asked.
They forgot to give me a receipt after the check-out.

From the airport to this hotel it takes about 40 minutes and costs about $10 for taxi. But if you book from the hotel, it's about $14.
