Big rooms, plenty of space, great breakfast
A great little hotel with friendly staff. The pool was crispy cool and appreciated on a hot day. Staff were very helpful - even went to the bank for us to change money!! Can have late checkout but when it is very late they will mind your bags and then there is a spare bathroom downstairs to freshen up before the plane. Very impressed with this hotel. Only a short walk to good restaurants and lots of shopping.
Travel tip : Ask for a middle or back room - very quiet and comfortable.

food we ordered was really bad
We stayed here for one night before heading to Halong Bay. We were upgraded to family suite room as we were just staying for on night and room we stayed in both spacious and neat. Breakfast in the morning was also adequate. We had reached there late in the night and ordered some fish n chips which i found really bad but may be bad choice on my part coz breakfast was ok. Room also had a computer and net which could be useful.
Bathroom didnt have a separate shower area apart from the tub but it was not really crammed. Overall no complaints. Though for the price am not sure we could have got the same for a lesser price elsewhere

The room is great, new, equipped with FOC Internet PC and spacious bathroom. Hotel staff - all are helpful & friendly.
Only breakfast is served. As for lunch & dinner, the hotel will order from other restaurants & delivered to the room. No decent cafe or restaurants nearby.
This hotel is located right in the old quarter (China Town) of Hanoi where one can see all the old buildings & night/morning market activities. The streets are narrow & the environment is noisy with cars and motorbike honking everywhere. Fortunately, the room is quite sound proof. Hawkers are seen everywhere peddling all sorts of items, from agricultural produce to food. It's an ideal place to experience the traditional & good old days atmosphere. However, for those who dislike the noisy, messy & smelly environment, this is not the place for you. But, on the whole I still recommend this hotel as it is definitely value for money as the rate is reasonable. After all, when traveling, a clean & decent room is good enough.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is within walking distance from the lovely Hoan Kiem lake.

Rooms are well decorated and clean; equipped with big TV, DVD player and a desktop computer.
It is situated near the old city of Hanoi with the surroundings looking old and dirty.
The hotel itself is Ok and of the three stars standard. However, the surrounding is not that good. It is quite old and dirty. It is inconvenient to find places to drink and eat. The only good place to dine is a KFC restaurant, which takes 25 minutes walk. If one rents a hotel on the other side I mean near Hilton, there are more choices of decent places for food and beverage.
Hotel Feature Tip : better book the airport taxi through the hotel because it is cheaper.

This is a nice place to stay and is worth it despite the shower issue.

広KATTA is beautiful, the service広KATTA fruit in the refrigerator.
Was the formula in order no breakfast buffet. There was some comfort that are warming the entire room冷YASEZU the placement of air conditioning.
Enjoyed the atmosphere of the old town near the old city market, the fruit is good service and clean spacious rooms, some did not enter the pool. Unfortunately that was not what was ordered at breakfast.
Shopping Tip : Local shopping is close to satisfying the market soon.
