Solo travelers Australia, April 27, 2013	Enjoyed our stay, will recommend it to our friends Friendly service; Very helpful staff; Excellent value for money 9.3 Everything the staff said they would do, they did. Responded to my email, picked us up from the airport; were very helpful and arranged our tours and day trips; picked us up from train station at 4.30am. Nothing was too much for them. The hotel is in a quiet section of the old quarter and easy to walk to shops or catch a taxi to sightseeing places. They advised how much a taxi should cost so we could have money ready and not be taken by taxi driver.

Price 8.3 We didn't end up staying at the hotel due to a mix up, but the staff were nothing short or brilliant in getting us set up at a more expensive hotel just around the corner -- at no extra cost. They were patient and helpful and went out of the way to ensure we were comfortable. I did view the rooms and they were clean, well appointed and didn't seem too noisy despite the great location.
