This is a small hotel in a very convenient location for touring downtown Hanoi. Although it is in a neighborhood of backpacker guest houses, this hotel is a significant step up, but represents real value for the small increase in room rate. The best aspect of this hotel experience is the very friendly and helpful staff. Ms. Tran in particular was very attentive in arranging tickets to events and attractions, as well as broader tours such as Sapa.

a better located hotel would be good. cars cannot access alley so one has to drag suitcase in a narrow street with lots of motorcycle traffic
