we enjoyed the breakfast very much really was value for money excellent also the added bonus of the sauna and steam room location of the hotel great walk to everything shops restaurants would recommend this hotel

nothing to complain about staff friendly and helpful clean and everything you wanted

locality of the hotel walk to shops restaurants very clean well run hotel staff friendly and helpful as i said breakfast was excellent plenty to choice from and variety was great also the added bonus of a sauna and steam room also the internet worked well and was free i would stay at this hotel again and recommend the hotel to others

Travel tip : found the goverment tourist information office very helful and great to book trips with and good price

The location is convenience.

only very small window on room, you don't know what is about the outdoor weather. the toilet room look too old.

Noise in our room- rest of the hotel seemed quieter.

We only stayed for one night passing through and we had a problem with an overly aggressive (and possibly drunk) taxi driver. For some reason the security guard let him into the hotel but the the guy on the counter and the manager were quick to diffuse the situation and eject him. We asked for a room high up to avoid the noise of traffic and were given a room on the top floor. Great , however the water machines were attached to our ceiling and every half hour the noise woke us up. Also the cleaning staff have their store room just beside the room and as there is no lift on the top floor we had to listen to them from 6 am. Basically a very bad nights sleep. This did not seem to be the case for other guests so I guess just make sure you are not on the 9th floor. The gym is 3 running machines but the sauna looked good. Breakfast was well above average for Vietnam- good choice. Overall I am sure there are better and worse for your money in Hanoi.

Travel tip : When you get to the airport go outside and look for the white airport taxis. Do NOT go with anyone else. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep past 7am.
