Problems with bathrooms equipment - something is broken, something doesn't work properly. We changed 2 rooms after check-in. the first room given to us had a broken toilet bowl and we were given an upgraded room but only for one night. It was very inconvenient to move twice. The location is very central but noisy.

Friendly and helpful staff, free wifi and internet connection, good central location for getting around Hanoi on foot. Room was a bit noisy – not well insulated from the traffic noise, but you do start to get used to it, no safety deposit box in room (although you could lock the wardrobe), shower leaked! The hotel’s in a handy location for getting to the different areas of Hanoi and the staff were always really friendly, helpful (offered to chase up our tour Halong Bay tour operator who was late picking us up) and welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable and thankfully had a dressing table with mirror as the bathroom was a bit small for two people at once. Breakfast was good some days but a bit limited on others, it seems to depend on how many guests they have staying.

Nice staff, good English and helpful, hugh 2 meter bed and comfy No cupboards in room, bathroom was tiny. Nice hotel and location was pretty central in old Quarter. Close to restaurants, bars and good sightseeing. Good wiFi connections in rooms for the business traveller.Good for the travelling tourist couples and small young family. Rooms not quite soundproofed so noise was immnenet from other guests in rooms above and adjacent.Breakfast was average but not as bad as some other 3 stars.
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel maps not great and in Vietnamese, try and bring your own beforehand or you will get lost and go around in circles.
