Nice staff, good English and helpful, hugh 2 meter bed and comfy
No cupboards in room, bathroom was tiny.
Nice hotel and location was pretty central in old Quarter. Close to restaurants, bars and good sightseeing. Good wiFi connections in rooms for the business traveller.Good for the travelling tourist couples and small young family. Rooms not quite soundproofed so noise was immnenet from other guests in rooms above and adjacent.Breakfast was average but not as bad as some other 3 stars.
Hotel Feature Tip : Hotel maps not great and in Vietnamese, try and bring your own beforehand or you will get lost and go around in circles.

nice room for the money. very clean with a trendy layout. no windows facing outside so you dont hear the traffic noise. great location in the old city.
windows facing inside allowed me to hear everyone coming and going. there was air in the pipes next to my room so a constant noise was sounding all night which kept me up the first night. house keeping gets to work too early!
i'd say this hotel was a mixed bag. the location was excellent and provided easy access and the room itself was nice, but the hotel was too noisy and the workers got to work too early for my taste. when i tried to complain about the air in the pipes in the middle of the night, the night desk clerk didn't speak English. The bed was also a bit hard.

The location and the sirvice at the recption
Too much preparation everywhere and the restaurant for breakfast.
This hotel was under a reparation and there was noise, the room was full of building dust ,especially the floor,elevator sometimes out of order and the staircases had the hand barrier removed.My wife was very afraid every time she has to go there,because the breakfast was on the 8 floor and the elevator did not go higher than to the 7 floor. I do not think it was worth the price we paid.
