Everything Dont even think of staying here
If you are thinking of staying here change your mind before it is too late We were booked in for three nights but only stayed the 1 and that was only because it was too late to find a new hotel Had booked 10 days in advance paid etc,was supposed to met us at the airport no show. got shown to the cheapest most disgusting room you could imagine, stunk of ciggs no security box and to top it off no hot water.
Travel tip : Dont get out of the taxi.

The staff at this hotel are the best i have encountered on my travels. The location is fantastic with plenty to do and see close by and the price of the rooms is more than value for money
Its a little hard to find from the street as the sign is not visable and its down a side ally
My stay here was the best i have had in 2 months of travelling asia and europe the staff are extra friendly and helpful in every aspect. The price that you pay for the service and condition of the hotel is an absolute bargin if it was a little bigger and had a pool and gardens i would have no doubt about giving it a 5 star rating. Everything Hanoi has to offer is on your doorstep so the location is excellent. Book a few nights here and you will not be disapointed
