The staff at this hotel are the best i have encountered on my travels. The location is fantastic with plenty to do and see close by and the price of the rooms is more than value for money

Its a little hard to find from the street as the sign is not visable and its down a side ally

My stay here was the best i have had in 2 months of travelling asia and europe the staff are extra friendly and helpful in every aspect. The price that you pay for the service and condition of the hotel is an absolute bargin if it was a little bigger and had a pool and gardens i would have no doubt about giving it a 5 star rating. Everything Hanoi has to offer is on your doorstep so the location is excellent. Book a few nights here and you will not be disapointed

Room clean, spacious, friendly, along with the excellent service.

Entrance from the street no staff rarefy.

Receptionist (Manager) to great sociability. With heart in full-service string, A simple breakfast, clean, wait and serve juice blended (Free Time). Makes sense.Of their own .. clean spacious rooms. Height does not make the room feel uncomfortable .. not in a location far from the lake just 15 minutes walk around the only local restaurant that can be selected competitively priced.
