Lovely clean, modern design bedroom, in-room laptop with free internet, friendly staff, good location to cathedral, restaurants. Only negatives, was slightly hard bed and a little bit of noise coming from outside.

Wonderful hotel BUT bad breakfast

This is my fourth stay at this hotel. The hotel is nicely priced for its central locality to shopping and eateries. Staffs are great as usual. BUT the breakfast has just gone from bad to worse. The choice of spread has shrunk and the food are usually cold by 9am. Hopefully the hotel management can improve on it or I might just change my choice of Hanoi hotel.

We arrived in Hanoi early morning and went to hotel around 10 AM, just about the drop off the bags there and went out for exploring the city, the staff however allowed us for early check in as we would leave the hotel at 6 PM the same day the catch the train to Sapa, the staff was always with smile and recommended us the places we should go and visit as well as the restaurant. On the other day when we got back from Sapa to Hanoi, it was so early in the morning so we decided to walk to Mai Charming hotel again just to ask if hotel can book a taxi to airport for us, the staff was very nice, he booked us the private car taxi which cost around 18-20 USD
