A real 5 star hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room is good size and all amenities. Shopping and many restaurants within walking distance. Very nice breakfast and good gym.
No negatives from our perspective.
Nice hotel for both business travelers or tourists.

Rooms were fine, buffet dinner was good, no problems with service
internet access is expensive -they really should offer some sort of limited free wifi (say one hour per day) and then you pay for more if you want it. But the rate is far too high -the local cafe gives it to you freely with just a cup of coffee.

Convenient location, clean and helpful staff. The room is spacious.
Not really up to 5 star standard, looks a bit worn out.
If you ask the hotel to get you a taxi to the airport, it costs around USD15 and they claim to be cheaper than the meter charge. However, some told me that it is not the case.
