Clean and modern facilities. Nice and professional staff.

Perhaps not the best location...

Arriving from Hanoi Airport was Ok, although by ordinary taxi service a first timer felt it as a risk - and those offering "professional" advices and promoting a chauffeur service seemed highly overpriced. Not an easy task to solve for the hotel I admit! Breakfast was delicious. Hotel staff was professional, experienced and friendly. The Hotel aboslutely have compettive price level, but then the location was not exactly walking distance from the old town of Hanoi - still within 10 minutes by taxi it is not that bad - just that the first impression when you arrives to the hotel you feel somewhat lost outside the city heart...

Expensive

This hotel is OK. It lacks some thing, I did not feel comfortable here, it may sound crazy but I did not like the hotel. Maybe its too large and you just feel like a number. I can say the rooms are clean the food was OK. The hotel is clos to every thing.

Lacked charm

The hotel is OK, but for the money I think I would try some where else. To be honest the food in the hotel for breakfast was average and the food in the restraunts was bloody expensive. As i said there is nothing wrong with the hotel, but its just I did not get a good feeling with the staff, saying that most of the people in Hanoi are smashed off their faces, when your going arround just take a look at all the opium pipes you see lying arround.

Restaurant Tip : There is a Brazilian barby, not sure where it is but there is only one and its great, just ask. Ausy meat excellent.
