Fantastic staff / room really cool / out off the way so you don't hear any noise / great roof top restaurant Make sure you know what tours to do before booking with hotel - They don't quiet know that side well. Cool hotel is a groovy hotel with nice presented rooms . Staff are well mannered and can speak well english. It's close to everything and if don't which to walk taxi or cycle taxis are very cheap.
Apart from the lack of knowledge for the tours, I asure you that you will not be disappointed .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Close to everything.

Clean rooms according to internet pictures. Discotheque next to hotel makes it hard to sleep.
Lobby and corridors not in good condition. This hotel is a bit remote from the touristic attractions in Hanoi. However the rooms are clean and nice, you could say cool, sleeping is hard in this hotel due to the discotheque next door. The staff is friendly and helpful whenever you have questions. Good idea for people who party till the nightclubs close.

Rooms are spacious corner room with a king-size bed as we are, you can relax in comfort. Location, that is a bit off center is a quiet place. Support towards the front, so good,過Gosemashita comfortably. There is a small restaurant opposite. The slow speed of the elevator, or did not know where the restaurant. Top floor in the elevator (8th floor) went up, to ascend the stairs I heard the Japanese lodger 9 floor is the case. Also, no hot water (water heater failure) I was, could not respond immediately. But I got to use your bathroom with other rooms. Such as heavy rain squall and was flooding the front of the hotel for a while. If you think that business hotel, very spacious room, they are beautiful and white colors renewal, Kutsurogeta slowly. Breakfast is out of the street, 200m at about 6 am and 10 Aruke in Four shops are open until at very cheap (less than 100 yen per meal) is eaten in the Four, and is delicious. And use a bit of Vietnamese, I think the comfort I can take a taxi出来Re.
Restaurant Tip : 200m walk Four shops are lined up just so cheap and delicious. The less和食shop in Hanoi "Kii" close. Restaurant across the street, the non English speaking, have an English menu.
