Rooms were very nice and spacious (although the beds were not the most comfortable); staff were very helpful with booking tours, giving restaurant recommendations, and also spoke very good English!
Location was perfect, just off one of the main tourist streets and within walking distance from most sights and restaurants (including the most delicious Vietnamese sandwich cart was right on the corner!)

Perfect location and the room was amazing. For the money it is one of the best places to stay in Hanoi. The staff is a little weird and the manager just seemed confused all the time but they were really helpful and catered to our every need. Ask for a room on the street and you get an awesome terrace but might be kept awake from roosters.

A warm lovely hotel and wonderful service!
Friendly staff always make guests comfortable, near old quarters of Ha Noi, breakfast are serceved in warm air!

Although it is not a big hotel as other 3 stars hotes, and it is located in a small street which make you uncomfortabe at first time, however, we are welcome friendly by milk coffee. Room is clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed in good quality. The hotel staff give guests wonderful feeling always.

Great little hotel in a good location. Rooms have comfy beds and are nice and clean, some include safe and a decent TV with English channels and a PC to use in the room. Decent warm shower with toiletries. Breakfast was fairly good. They booked us a cruise around Ha Long at a decent price which was excellent. Just for the record, we asked them for this, they weren't trying to sell us it without us asking like some places.

We can not say enough about our stay at Pearl Suites Grand Hotel.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Nice shower. Yummy made-to-order breakfast. We felt truly at home during our stay.
The location was perfect - set in one of the narrow alley-ways in the Old Quarter, and walkable to a really charming and eclectic part of the city. There are some great restaurants, pubs and cafes just a brief walk away. The buzz around the area is energetic.
The staff was very accommodating, and made sure that we were happy during our stay.
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Of our 3 month travels, it has been one of our favorites, thus far.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Enjoy the buzz of Hanoi, but then take a break and head to Halong Bay for an overnight cruise. You can also book them on Agoda
