disapointing to an extent
apart from the food on the menu and buffet there is hardly anthing to talk about

5star- not quite to that level. facilities in the room were very limited. staff are friendly although lack of knowledge of the products. Poor communication skills -English? Bar staff do not know have sufficient skills-ie cocktails.
the taxi organised by the bellboy to go to the airport on Sunday at 1015- driver demanded tips
The tour operator- Chi to be commended for her attitude and helpfulness.

We quite enjoyed our stay at Pullman. Staff in the restaurant and reception are very helpful and friendly. We met very good attentive staff went out of the way to help us. Great restaurant area with excellent seating. We had few issues though, which we discussed with reception already. The towels given to us, supposed to be fresh on our 2nd day smelt like urine. We tried to explain this to reception staff, I hope they understood our issue, as it was hard to explain to them about it. Later a polite room service staff member brought us new towels, when we were about to check out. Not sure how this happened, no one explained this to us. That put us off and not trusting the cleanliness of linen. We also had a staff member from linen service knocking on our door and when we asked why she did not know what to say, after talking with sign language she did not want to explain and wanted to leave. I had to invite her into room and ask her to show what she wanted to do. She went towards the closet and showed the laundry bag, she has come to collect for laundering. I do understand that we were in a non english speaking country, but for an international 5 Star hotel the staff should know to say the key word LAUNDRY when the main task is to collect laundry. Food for thought for the management of the hotel for improvement.
