big room good english skills good services computer inside the room

the room is large and clean, i check at 9am the room is already done. Inside the room have iron and iron board ,hair dryer also a computer inside the room. so if you didn't bring laptop still have a computer to use in personal.
the services is very good when i check out early they help us to prepared breakfast for us to bring along, although the breakfas not to variety but enough for us.
the trip they help us to book to Halong Bay is very nice, ship is big all including(all meals) i really luke this hotel recommended to all person that want to go to Hanoi.

Excellent hotel with very good staff. Allowed us to leave our lugguge locked in their storeroom when we went on two separate overnight trips.Bed was comfortable and breakfast varied and cooked to order.
