This is my first trip to hanoi and I have no idea where to go and the attraction. Good to have friendly advised by hotel receptionies.
Restaurant Tip:
Walking distant around 10 min. Have very nice noddles soup.

Geat Location and good rooms

Stayed here twice. One of the best hotels I stayed at on my trip to Vietnam. Can walk down to the main tourist area of the old Quarter or catch a motor bike taxi if you are game. Friendly staff helped me sort out a double boat trip booking. Can leave your postcards for mailing.

it's about 40 min from hotel to the airport. the service here is surprising and impressive although the hardware capacities need to be improved. staffs are very warm hearted and professional. don't hesitate to tell the staffs when you need any help.
Restaurant Tip:
near the hotel, there's a very small lane where you can find a lot of restaurants serving local food (about 5-7 min walk). pls ask reception for information.

Lovely room in quiet street

the location is off the main roads so you can sleep peacefully without the honking noise. it only takes less than 10minutes to walk to hoan kiem lake. anyway, all the streets in the old quarter is interesting and all sites are within walking distance.
city view's room is spacious and has windows and balcony. the room next to us is window-less. room is clean and modern. the staff is very friendly and helpful.

the design of the shower meant that damp was kept in the room. no problem other than we had to make sure the extractor was on and the door was closed.
excellent breakfast with very friendly staff on reception and in breakfast room.

Lovely hotel with great rooms and staff
The rooms were lovely, the breakfasts were great and the staff were extremely helpful

even though i had read a review (albeit after we had booked) that the hotel was noisy because of renovation work next door i was please that there was no noise whilst we were staying there. the rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were amazing - we stayed one night and then went to halong bay for an over night cruise before coming back to the hotel. i left laundry there which was ready when we got back. i didn't have to check out twice. they arranged transport for us to and from the airport for $19 each way. they phoned restaurants for us and reserved tables for us. they let me print off our boarding passes too. i thought this hotel was excellent and would happily stay here again

You have to go to Quan an Ngon to eat - it is truly amazing

Rising Palace Hidden Dragon....
The hotel is quite new, the design is quite modern and compact.

The customer service is very friendly and helpful.We arrived late at night because of flight delay, and the weather is quite cold. He helped us to check in our room quickly and ask if we need hot tea or coffee. He is quite responsive.
The hotel is located in a small road near Hoan Kiem Lake. The room is quite nice and clean. It's quiet at night. The bathroom and the toilet are clean with basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, hairdryer all provided. However, at that night, the towel is dirty.
The breakfast buffet is mediocre...not so good and not so bad.
Overall 3.5 our of 4 stars .
