Staff here are known for warm and professional service and the hotel is ideal for business and leisure traveler alike. The staff are extremely helpful in assisting to plan a day of sightseeing or with providing local directions.

within walking distance of everything markets eating and the lake breakfast could have more variety eg yogurt and cereal The room that I had booked on the computer was not the one we were put into on the first night so you need to check that 2nd night we were moved and the room was great at the top with a view overall staff very helpful Trip to Harlong was not what we wanted to see so you need to make sure you are on the boat and trip that you were shown

very well placed. Reception people very friendly and efficient. we have not got the room we have ordered in the first place. After we complained we got a better room (according to that what we have paid for) which was acceptable appart from the fact that the bath room had a particular odeur which was rather unpleasant.

Fairly quiet street, but right in the middle of everything. Wonderful staff. Decent sized room. Great internet access. Old and worn looking, could really use a facelift. Lots of stair climbing, not for the feeble. The hotel is small and old, but the room is fairly large and comfortable. Located in an old, crowded, somewhat dirty part of town, but it was a fun experience. The best part of the hotel is the wonderful staff. They took great care to see that all of our needs were met and were very friendly, kind people. They even invited us to dine with them one evening! Several of them spoke very good English. They did a great job of helping us plan daily excursions around Hanoi, as well as setting us up with affordable tour packages and transportation. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Overnight cruise on Halong Bay was wonderful. Only disappointment was that we should have planned two nights!
