This three-star hotel is situated in Hang Dao Street, the popular and oldest business area of the Old Quarter in Hanoi.

This accommodation is designed in unique Old Quarter architecture, filled with calming ambiance and modern services. For destinations to explore, within a short walking distance is the Sword Lake (Hoan Kiem Lake), a site locals treasure in Hanoi capital. Other attractions are the Ngoc Son Temple, "36 streets" and 200 meters to Thang Long Puppy Theater, a unique experience of traditional Vietnamese art form. Towards the end of the day, guests can make their way to the hotel's Panorama Bar Café on the top floor for an excellent view of the city. The "holey" hotel!

Good breakfast in nice atmosphere, fish under the glass floor! VGreat view from seventh floor. Close to popular section of old quarter! Very cool modern rooms.

Seventh floor bar did not actually exist and the massage had to be booked some time ahead.

This very modern hotel was right in a heavily visted part of the old quarter. Like many others in the area it is just one building wide but it has been crafted, its rooms modern and very well set out.Going down through the middle is a hole/shaft allowing windows and light to all the interior rooms. Barthrooms particularly well thought out and fitted out.

Shopping Tip : Step outside onto the clothing street, close to shoe street and many others including a market or two.

It's clean, strategically located in the tourist area. This is a new hotel with minimalist furniture. Service is good.

Room relatively small, the break fast menu was minimum. And the street in front of hotel was transformed into a nigh market.

I stayed at city view room though i could see the city at all. The room was clean, with minimalist style. The hotel is not that noisy as i stayed in the rear part, and the toilet was not smelly. However, the breakfast menu is not interesting and the street was closed and transformed into night market during week end. Overall, this is a great hotel, but at this price, I should try other boutique hotel.

The location was perfect for us, staff were great, the rooms spotlesslesly clean, the free internet was v handy and breakfast buffet excellent!!

I couldnt fault the hotel or staff

The Serenade is a great hotel well located close to the old quarter, Ho Kiem Lake and some great eating and drinking spots. We booked a double room at the back and got a good spot, so quiet easy to forget the hustle and bustle outside. The rooftop "bar " a perfect place to watch the world go by. Will be staying there again when next in Hanoi!

Restaurant Tip : Close to Hang Be, so easy access to access the small produce market, we had a great meal at The Green Tangerine but our pick of the trip was La. Great local food and pho everywhere!
