The hotel was really great. Overall very clean, helpful and kind staff, and the rooms were very comfortable. I thought the breakfast was not worth the money. They have an all you can eat buffet with a lot of selections for around $30. You can get a much better deal (and way better food) for so much less around Hanoi.

chose this hotel because of good reviews and i was not disappointed. our premier executive room was a good size and everything in it was lovely.the location of the hotel is very convenient to hokiem lake and nice restaurants. the staff are very nice and helpful.the weekend we were there was crowded what with a group i guess from france so the hotel lobby was busy and crowded so there wasnt enough sitting area while we were waiting for our tour van, and so was the breakfast area. breakfast was plentiful but the quality of the food can be improved...wasnt really impressed by the taste and quality of it.but overall we had a wonderful stay all in all.
Hotel Feature Tip:
the airport transfers arranged by the hotel compared to other places is more expensive ...I was quoted 50 dollars 1 way and 90 dollars roundtrip but I only paid 15 dollars for a van from a different agency

I booked and when I arrived at the hotel they told me that they were fully booked. I was really disappointed as I had the Voucher in hand. Initially I found the staff were trying to tell me it was my fault and they couldn't honour the room. After 2 hours they managed to accomodate us.
Apart form that the food is good at the breakfast and staff are well mannered.
I wouldn't stay here again as I thought the rooms were over priced, compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Vietnam.

Quiet, friendly and efficient service, good location in the old quarter, big bathroom, modern rooms.

The hotel is in a great location in the Old Quarter. The rooms are modern and luxurious, with a large and clean marble bathroom. The buffet breakfast is worth taking as an option. The only downside was the lack of a pool which would have been mice to have after a day out walking in the heat.
Shopping Tip:
Within easy walking distance of the shops in the Old Quarter.

The hotel is located just a thet west side of the french quarter. Everything is at wlaking distance.
