Couples Australia, April 26, 2013	Very friendly staff but just average hotel Staff, location and nothing 6.7 The hotel was too small and narrow so the room is even deluxe but very cramp and narrow. However, the location was very good just some steps from the church and main lake. Staff was very friendly as well. Breakfast was normal and not hot enough. I think it is fine if you stay just for 1 night and more suitable for backpackers.

Chan S. Couples Singapore, April 17, 2013	What you get for what you pay Chatty, friendly n homely run hotel 6.7 Overall the one night stay is fine for what you get for the price. Shower head is not working well but there is hot water for shower. The breakfast is served by a la carte style and not buffet style. The portion of the breakfast is large so it's enough if you order two for a normal size eater. The wifi is quite fast and there are many channels offered on the tv. It's near to a Lake round the corner of the hotel but we have no time to explore as we check in late that night and check up next morning to go Halong bay. If you are not expecting to much it's recommended to try for a day and then look around for another hotel as there are so many hotels around.
