You step out into a narrow road with motorcycles roaring to your left and right - can be scarey. Also they had a name change which resulted in the taxi driver dropping me off at a different hotel and I ended up paying a lot to get another taxi to take me there. Travel tip: With that kind of experience above, I am certainly reluctant to recommend this hotel to any one.

Groups Thailand, October 19, 2012	Lovely hotel and service with smiles new, very clean room/place and good location in Old quarter area plus full breakfast 10 I was glad i booked this hotel from Agoda and got this very lovely clean room with very low price (361 THB/person/night- our group has 4 people) I was satisfied with the room and everything in the room ( tv, hot water, nice bed fridge, very clean toilet). Next trip in Hanoi i would pick this hotel again for sure. Hotel Feature Tip: Make a hotel reservation online via Agoda in advance to make sure you have a good place to stay and you can show them at the check-point that you have a place to stay in their country.

We really remember and enjoyed it so much. During check in,we paid lower than the rate we quoted during booking online.( Maybe discount). All the staff here were friendly and helpful. The female staff recommended us 2 nice locations for lunch and dinner, we tried one for lunch and another for dinner, and both were our best meal in Hanoi. The room is very big and very modern. There is a modern lift straight up to our floor. Everything is very clean and modern, bathroom. It's so nice that I wish to own a room like this.

The price is really good for the cleanliness of the rooms, the included breakfast and the helpful staff. The location is also good. Staff are happy to organise trips but not pushy. Be sure to ask for a front room - they are not expensive but the middle or back rooms have very little natural light - the front ones have windows with street or rooftop views. We were moved with no fuss to a vacant front room after our first night.
