a neat little hotel excellent service Helpful staff

not much choice in nearby resturants

This is the second time I have stayed here and am very happy with the quality, comfort, location, ambience and price. The staff were helpful even with the little things that other hotels show little care for. Breakfast was delightful, all meals were presented well. The room was very comfortable. Though construction was going on next door it did not interfere with my experience. The internet worked well. I thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Small, friendly, comfortable, convenient and good food

Did not appear to be any recognition that I have used the Sunway for odd visits to Hanoi over many years. Was somewhat treated as a new guest so we need all your details type of approach.

I like the Sunway for the reasons outlined under Pros above. The staff are friendly and helpful, and have good English language skills. The rooms are on the small size, but comfortable and fine for short stays. I have always enjoyed the food at the Sunway, and it has maintained a good standard over many years.

Well maintained facility including room quality and good location for sightseeing and shopping.

Entrance and lobby are rather ordinary.

The hotel was certainly worth for the value of the price with quality facilities and services. The rook was good size and very well maintained and I felt comfortable staying there. It was close to the Hoan Kiem Lake with 15 minutes on foot and convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The breakfast was inclusive and it was satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the noodle they cook, omelet and porridge. The staff was kind. The environment is rather ordinary in the places that local people live. I actually liked it more than too exclusive areas.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walking distance to the center of the city and convenient for shopping and sightseeing.
