Location to restaurants, close to phone store for SIM card, price.

I would recommend their sister hotel, the Thaison Palace Hotel just a few blocks away. Better customer service, larger lobby for breakfast, street view is very nice from Family Suite, and very affordable. Hotel is very dependable at meeting you at the airport and for your return with their own taxi service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Thaison Grand Hotel at 7 Hnag Mam, Hoan Kiem Hanoi and we felt very satisfied with our stay there. The room was huge, very modern and had a great view. The breakfast buffet was very good with many options as such Spring Rolls, Noodle, sticky rice, soup, sea-food...! I would have no any concerns returning to this hotel.

We were very pleasant, satisfied and happy to stay at Thaison grand hotel last week. All was very exceptional, breakfast was great, and staff was very nice, friendly & helpful. Free Internet, computer and steamed bath were very special bonus.

The hotel does run a travel office and all new arrivals will be approached regarding tours. I did not have a problem with this, listened politely and was not further hassled.

Everything is really good from nice room, cleanness, friendly staff and good location. Every staff are so friendly and hard working except the person who serve breakfast. They seemed like sitting inside chatting in stead of taking care the customers and food.

Due to a change in travel arrangements, I had a very late check(4 am)in and notified the hotel before hand to hold my room. No problem with the check in and straight to my welcoming room. Next day, staff were continually enquiring about my further travels, hoping to sell me a tour. I had no real problem with any hard sell, though I could feel their intentions. Good value for money in a handy location.
