5 star service for 3 star hotel
The hotel is very modern with modern facilities which made us feel really safe such as safety box and secure cameras. Last but not least, we found the location to be great, with a very short distance to get around the old quarter.

We spent totally 5 nights at the start of our trip to Vietnam and Hanoi was our first stop. We could not have been more pleased with all of the pleasure that we have been through at this place.
People were very helpful and friendly getting us checked in very quickly and given us some very useful local information. Even, they allowed us to store our luggage when we were on our tour to Halong and Sapa. Further more, big thanks to the GM and his staff to gave us a best packages deal ever including transportation, Halong and Sapa tour.
The hotel is very modern with modern facilities which made us feel really safe such as safety box and secure cameras.
Last but not least, we found the location to be great, with a very short distance to get around the old quarter.
This place is the best. Definitely, we would stay here again if we came back to Hanoi and Vietnam.

Don't hesitate, book Thaison Palace!
Nice clean rooms (very trendy), great beds, the best shower, delicious breakfast and good service.

We stayed at this hotel after our arrival from Europe so it was the first 'point of contact' and good for it. It is very centrally located while still quiet enough for sleeping. Nice and very clean room. Staff excellent!

Don't expect good breakfast in any of the Vietnam hotels that are 3-stars and below (including this hotel). you rather have better breakfast outside the hotel.
the Deluxe Family room does not worth the additional price (other than bigger beds and larger room space).
if staying in the room facing the road, the windows still does not insulate the traffic noise (as promised)
the room i had also has a odour from the air-conditioning.
the travel tour packages offered by the hotel is value-for-money.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Thang Long Water Puppetry Theatre changes their show content every year. so if you have been there last year, the show will be different this year.

The best hotel for family travelers. There were 2 queen beds, working desk, sofa, Modern TV and Strong air-con... good room.
Book the tours to Ninh Binh and Sapa Trekking via this hotel' manager ( Mr. Moki) and got excellent quality and good price.

This hotel is convient to all. It's a walking distance to their Hoan Kiem Lake, the famous market, mini marts and many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and prompt when called. Anna is a receptionist at the hotel who I have been emailing with back and forth prior to our arrival is wonderful. She was very accodmodating to all request made. Though the bathroom was a bit small for my husband, the room was very cozy. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious
This hotel is also a travel agency so booking a cruise to Halong Bay was very convienient. We had such a wonderful time in Vietnam. Would definitely stay there again

Absolutely loved this place, Great bunch of people, really friendly staff and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and every night something new was going on. I could write pages and pages about the hotel, the staff, security, decor, etc. but I'm sure it's been better said by others. We booked the trip to Halong Bay on Golden Lotus Cruise via email and got quickly response from - very good English and very professional. Golden Lotus Cruise must be the best luxury boat in Halong Bay. Highly recommended it!

What a gem was this Hotel
The staffs were all really friendly and helpful, our room was a good size and everything was very clean and well presented. This place is located right at the central of the old quarter

what a gem was this hotel. we could not fault one single thing. as we boooked 2 nights we were given the airport pickup pick up @ car, which was greatly appreciated. the warm and friendly welcome was followed by a wonderful surprise when we entered our large and beautifully decorated room with huge king bed and one large single. kenny & moki spoke excellent english (they have spent time in singapore and australia) and made us feel like family and we hope to see them again one day. location was great as we were right in the middle of all the great shopping and very near the markets. a great breakfast was included. we spent 2 months last year in europe and africa staying at many great hotels, but asia palace we will always remember as our favourite.

Nice room,was given large room with double bed. All staff are nice and very friendly with guests. Good location and in walking distance to market, restaurant and the lake. One comment is the dinign areas is a bit small and not a lot of room to move. Breakfast menu has a lot of deep fried food, for breafast is a bit heavy. No need to have many type of salad, it can be wasted. Recommend continental breakfast with additional rice porridge or noodle soup.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Halong bay cannot be missed. City tour worth to visit literature museum, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum and ethnic museum.

Really, it's everything we would want in a hotel.
This hotel is a very good value, honest staff, good food (restaurant really isn't up and running other than breakfast, though), super-clean, very comfortable bed with lots of pillows, thick, soft towels and a good shower. Really, it's everything we would want in a hotel.

this was our second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as good as the first. moki and his family are awesome - so helpful and nice, you really feel like part of the family here. location is great, right at the edge of the old quarter and very near to hoan kiem lake. breakfast is awesomely good and staff is so attentive, they'll stir your coffee for you! there's always eggs cooked-to-order, bacon, hot dogs, bread and a good section of vietnamese foods - pho, spring rolls, sticky-rice cakes, and some fruit. it seems like we're always having problems with the wi-fi when we stay in hotels, but not here - it was a very strong connection.
all the free drinking water you want in the lobby, along with 3 computers. standard rooms are small but well-appointed. deluxe rooms are much larger. so once again, we have nothing negative to report here. this hotel is a very good value, honest staff, good food (restaurant really isn't up and running other than breakfast, though), super-clean, very comfortable bed with lots of pillows, thick, soft towels and a good shower. really, it's everything we would want in a hotel.

The best brand new hotel in Hanoi

Before staying at this hotel we have stayed at some other hotels in Hanoi such as Gia Bao Grand Hotel, Asia Pearl Hotel and Rising Dragon 3 Hotel... they are all good hotels in Hanoi but Thaison Palace Hotel is the best among and cheaper price. Great hotel and we will surely be back. The hotel location is great right next to lake. Rooms are very clean and very large. The staff are first class and we cannot wait to be back.
