Nos alojamos tres noches en Thaison Palace hotel y nos quedamos muy impresionados por la calidad, relación calidad-precio y el personal increíble. ¿Qué fue de enorme valor adicional fue el de consultoría y de reservas para los viajes a la bahía de Ha Long, Sapa y Binh Nimh. Excelentes instalaciones, guías perfectos,Nos gusto mucho el barco de Marguerite ,estuvo maravilloso ! no nos arrepentimos ni un centavo. Más fantásticos servicios adicionales como ser recogido a las 12 en la medianoche y a las 4h30 por la manana en la estación de volver de Sapa y ademas ofrece baño libre con agua caliente y una toalla limpia de banarse gratuita utilizando después de cualquier viaje.

We highly recommend this beautiful hotel after staying here for 2 nights. This is the best hotel in Vietnam not for the luxury facilities but for location, staff, clean rooms and good price. Comparing with price this is the best hotel not only in Vietnam but also all over the world. Highlight this hotel!
We also highly recommend Mr. Moki ( hotel manager) for the tours arrangement such as private city tour, Halong Bay cruising on Golden Lotus Cruise and Sapa Trekking tours. He was super adviser and helpful.

Simply the best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam

the location is fabulous in the heart of the old quarter. the staff were awesome nothing was too much trouble.......the rooms were spacious,clean ,cool and the shower was the best in vietnam......the breakfasts were delicious.....there is a very happy vibe here like i cant remember feeling at other places. we booked tours and tickets through via this hotel and got good price too. they even picked us up at the airport (about 40ks away !!!!!) highly recommended!

Not a bad location for hotel. 5-10 min walk to lake. On arrival we got upgraded to larger room which was a nice touch. We left our belongings in room whilst we did a 2 day trek to Mai chau and everything was perfect and safe upon return. For the price you pay you could do a hell of a lot worse. Enjoyable stay.

Top rated hotel in Hanoi

The staff were very friendly and helpful, provided maps, sorted our laundry out etc. Location is good and very near the lake and night market. There is a mix up with the Thaison Grand Hotel (this one Thaison Palace Hotel- newer and rooms are nicer). Comortable beds and good air which was much needed in heating Hanoi! Free wi-fi which did the job and computers at lobby for free. Booked tours via manager Mr. Moki with no doubt= good quality and reasonable price.

The staff at the hotel were all fantastic - very friendly and responsive - and extremely patient with my lack of Vietnamese. There is wireless internet available throughout the hotel and it worked well. We stayed on the 9th floor facing the modern part of Hanoi. Very clean and quiet room with beautiful windows.
All in all, it was a great stay in every way and we think Thaison Palace Hotel is the best hotel in Hanoi now.

Located just about 100 meters away from the very centre of Old Quarter thus not as noisy as some other hotels in the centre. Staff were very friendly and eager to assist. Good value place to stay in Hanoi! The only cons is the breakfast options. If you don't expect much for breakfast then you will enjoy this place.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Taxis in Hanoi are surprisingly great!. As long as you have the correct address written, they will put on the meter and bring you to your destination. Not sure about taxis at the airport though, as I organised airport pick-up by the hotel.

We are so lucky to be upgraded to this lovely hotel after booking at Spark Hotel. I and my partner absolutely loved the atmosphere, service and room at Thaison Palace Hotel. To me, it has all of the elements of what I picture of Vietnamese culture. The decoration of the public areas and of the room is traditionally Vietnamese, as well as the delicious breakfast. The service is friendly and top notch and the hotel pays a lot of attention to details e.g. morning call, excellent turndowns, bathrobes and slippers, great concierge and welcome drink, etc… The location is also wonderful, a peaceful oasis with a lovely outside patio in a park-like setting in the center of the city. A gem in Hanoi and we will be back soon. What an amazing hotel!
Travel tip:
Booked trip to Halong Bay on luxury boat names Golden Lotus Cruise- We think it was the best cruise in Halong. booked via this hotel to get discount and secure for quality.

due to flight delay, we arrived at midnight. the hotel exterior was dark, only few lightings on the signage. i even doublechecked the driver whether it was the right address. the hotel was only 2 old shophouses wide, with 7-8 floor. we knocked at the closed door, and the staffs let us check in promptly. the deluxe family is definitely smaller than advertised, although properly maintained and clean. the shower handle was broken, n bathroom is so tiny even for asian. breakfast was below average, the dining area has only 4 tables each with 4seats.
