Thaison Place Hotel is perfect

Well, it was a long story. the first night i arrived, they up-graded me from superior room to family room because all room were fully booked, i guess. everything was perfect on the first night; i got a room with three beds just for me, the room is pretty big and comfortable and the breakfast was great. And then on the second day, after my tiring day from a conference, when i returned to the hotel, they had move me to other hotel called Hanoi Style hotel. From then, everything turned to be disaster. i got a smaller and older room with a broken air-con which leaked all night. the front desk staff was not friendly. i felt like i paid $30/night for a $15/night hotel.

Just one word" Perfect"
Everything was excellent. Good room, nice and very clean. Helpful and good breakfast too.

Just stayed 2 nights and that was enough for us to realized Thaisonn Palace Hotel was an excellent hotel to stay for leisure and business travelers. Room was clean and nice decor. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Tours arrangement from this hotel was also very good and reasonable price. Great!

he service was excellent. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. They arranged my overnight trip to Halong Bay which I would highly recommend. The room was very nice and clean. AC worked well. Breakfast was delicious and was included in the price... highly recommend Thaison Palace Hotel

Normal hotel, service needs to be more prompt.

Upgraded me to a family room because i requested for a twin sharing bed.
The aircon was blowing straight onto the bed.
Wifi was working fine in the room.
The fridge was not in a very good working condition. My food would have been colder simply by leaving it outside the fridge.
Housekeeping was bad, there was no mineral water provided when i first enter the room, and i had to ask for it a few times till i get it.
Breakfast was unprepared. IT was a upon request service. Only cooked when i requested for the food. For a business traveller rushing for time, this was inconvenient.

Most attractive hotel in Hanoi

we were so satisfied with thaison palace hotel. after staying at some other hotels in hanoi such as rising dragon, happy hotel and jasmine, we found thaison palace was the best among. the price was also better too. we booked the trip on cruising boat in halong bay and got excellent quality. the trip to sapa was also perfect. highlight for thaison hotel and travel.

Good location and good service

I live in a deluxe room on the eighth floor and was surprise that the room was extremely big. It can easily fit in two queen size bed, however, I was given a king size. The hotel was in good location, near the old town which make shopping very convenience and also near the lake which I love as there is a very lovely café there to enjoy the lake while having a cup of coffee.

the room was big and luxurious - from the remote controlled and curtains, to the floor to ceiling windows , large wardrobes, bathtub , fluffy round chair in the bedroom toilet, additional living room toilet, generous and very clean towels, modern flat tv in the living room...back to the staff. the housekeeping staffs ensure that the rooms are kept clean and make up the rooms twice a day. we were pleasantly surprised to find the room cleaned after we returned from dinner. all in all this is the best hotel in hanoi.

the deluxe rooms was excellent and the staff very friendly and professional. the grounds and facilities are beautiful. very good breakfast and good coffee too. i would highly recommend this hotel. i loved everything about the hotel. we booked the halong bay via this hotel and got excellent quality.

It was really a lovely hotel and the staff was very hospitable, helpful and the manager was fantastic. Before coming to Hanoi with many questions we had in our first trip. We wanted to help with finding places in heart of the city. The staff couldn't have being more helpful from arranging airport taxis to ordering drinks. Breakfast was great and we really enjoyed it. This was a great experience we had in our tour in Hanoi. We will come back to stay at Thaison Palace Hotel again and again.
