Had a marvellous stay staff were very caring and friendly. Breakfast had wide choice and was plentiful. The location was perfect for the whole of Hoan Kiem area. The hotel was undergoing some renovations, but disruption was kept to a minimum.

the staff here is probably the best experience i have. they know a great deal of english, the girls are cute (bonus) and they know the area very well, they can recommend restaurants to eat and places to visit. they organized airport transfer for us and have a morning daily breakfast buffet (western style)
next door is a great coffee shop and talkative lady. try her coffee with yoghurt (cafe chua)

Well located, comfortable hotel. Very friendly,welcoming and helpful staff. Helped us book a very enjoyable trip to Sapa. Breakfast was good. We're able to store luggage while away nd use showers after checking out.

The personell was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not superb, but we could get ham, eggs, toast, tee, coffee and juice. That was good enough for us. it is also possible to get help with booking tours, but it might be cheaper if you look around on other places. We booked a trip to Halong Bay through the hotel and were satisfied with that. In general a good value for the money paid. The hotel is also not on one of the bar streets, so it is not so noisy.

It was average. Airport transfer forgot to pick me up. Room was a bit compact and low rise and just beside the expressway.
But staff is super friendly and extremely helpful.
