Location excellent. Great place to go jogging early in the morning. Lakes close by.
Markets and old quarter all within easy walking distance.
Rooms large and comfortable.
With only one lift if there is a tour checking in or out, use the stairs.
Air conditioning in dinning room at breakfast time turned of to early.
No pool to jump into after a day of exploring the city.
Good value for money. Just far away from the busy/noisy areas.

restaurant of the hotel, reasonable price and nice food
shortage of the magazines set at the lobby
room acomodation is good, except internet conection. wireless system are available though, "strength of wireless lan" is not ok and be cut down frequently. room clean is ok. waterhot for shower are not enough to use 30 minutes. in the morning often could not get hot warter. location are so nice in the old city for sight seeing. hot pot food prepared by restaurant are so nice with good services...

Clean, spacious and functional staff.
Could improve the wi-fi discponibile only in a few planes.
The hotel is located downtown, in a commercial area but secluded and quiet, features spacious rooms, fully adjustable air conditioning and running, blackout drapes that provide a dark, free internet, massage room and bar with a splendid view 10th floor, the staff is very helpful, good English, is organizing the trip in Halong Bay, in the case of check out in the early morning tea / coffee and a takeaway breakfast in a functional cardboard box. Certainly confirm the choice.
Shopping Tip : Dong Xuan Market, a half kilometer away from Hoan Kiem Lake
