Great Location friendly staff

We travelled with young children. The hotel is well located with shopping and dining options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and the service was prompt and efficient.
Our requests were met with a smile. The rooms were good sized and clean. Rooms come with free wifi and a computer which is great! Breakfast was decent not great.

the room i booked was spacious but unfortunately was windowless. the hotel is undergoing an expansion on the next door premise and it looks like it would be completed soon (early 2013)
the hotel is suitable for travelers but not for business.

Very comfortable hotel with outstanding service
Great location in the Od Quarter. Room was both comfortable and very clean

What most impressed us, apart from the high standard and cleanliness of the room, was the outstanding level of service. All staff went out of their way to be of assistance and make us feel welcome.
Nightlife Tip:
Take a short walk to "Cool beer street"', sit out in the street while you watch the world hurtle by, and imbibe the pleasant and extremely cheap local brew till your hearts content.

Had a lovely 2 day stay at tirant hotel in Hanoi. Service was great and they were always prompted to help out with a smile. The breakfast was really good. The only downside during our stay was the constructions they were having. It got quite noisy early morning till late at night. I would definitely recomment this hotel as it is clean central and great customer service.

Warm friendly hotel
our room was very comfortable and breakfast was good with a terrific view of Keil lake

Ther location i the old town was great for visiting variuous attractions. The hotel has been undergoing som new developments which will finish in the new year but this did not affect our stay. Staff were very helpful in advising attractions to visit. The tourist guid gave excellent advise on the use of taxis and even wrote out there names in Vietnamese to show to the taxi drivers. Our visit to Halong bay was memerable.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A must see visit is to Halong Bay. The restaurant "96" next door to the hotel served a good range of food and it was very enjoyable.

Staff is very friendly and hands-on. There is a renovation going on in the hotel. Therefore, my room smelled very dusty and my bed was clammy. Breakfast was ok but not comparable with botels in the same price class I had before. Rooms are old (e.g. while I brushed my teeth the drainpipe of the sink came down). In my opinion overpriced.

A Perfect Spot

We stayed at Tirant Hotel for one night, but received the treatment of royalty staying for a month. The reception couldn't have been any more helpful or nice, the room was amazing and just what we were looking for, and the hotel is right in the heart of the city. There is a rooftop open for breakfast, which was delicious, and soon to be a bar opening back up after construction. There was construction going on during the day, but the staff made up for this in more ways than one, and we didn't sit indoors during the daytime anyways.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The rooftop is a great place to soak in the city, whether it is open or not. Great views and a world away from the madness outdoors.

Very friendly staff was the first this we noticed when we arrived at the hotel. You always feel very welcome. We organised all out travel through the in house travel desk. Very happy with the agent and the 2 trips we booked.
Breakfast buffet is great and has a fantastic view of Hanoi. Only need to step outside and you're in the thick of it all.
