Fitness room has just 2 machines, sleeping room windowless & at one point power was out without warning for maintenance leaving room in complete darkness, charged more for an excursion than guests at other hotels but staff adjusted bill when questioned

Windowless room; no pool; terrible coffee

I emailed the hotel to confirm that their pool was in working order before making the booking but it was still under construction. The staff did comp our airport transfer when I complained -- and generally were pretty helpful -- but I would rather have paid paid much less/night to stay elsewhere without a pool. Though large and clearn, our rooms was completely windowless and smelled a little funny. The breakfast was OK but the coffee was terrible which is unforgiveable in Vietnam. In general, wouldn't recommend the place other than location -- which is phenomenal. We walked everywhere, including great food in easy reach.

Very pleasant stay in centrally located hotel
Location, large, very comfortable room, fast internet.

New hotel in the middle of the old town. Rooms comfortable, clean and very well decorated. In the room wifi internet and computer with internet cable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good.
Unfortunately rooftop pool was under construction, but I can imagine when it will be done, it will just give additional value to this amazing hotel.
