we stayed 2 nights.
the room is little small, but we understand because of shape of the building in hanoi. room is very clean and tv channel is various.
especially hotel staff is really really kind.
actually we had no plan in hanoi. but staff knows to us some good information. we have been every restaurant and good location all recommend.
we really satisfied especially ice cream store. it was really good.
and we were leaving in hanoi earl morning(7am) so we were not eating breakfast. but staff gave to us some bread and water even we were in the taxi. it was very touching.
we wanna going to vietnam by hotel persons favor.

I had an excellent stay and the staff were very very friendly and helpful. I give credits to Tim and Kim for their extra-miles services and thoughtfulness which made my stay very comfortable. Room condition was good as well and I really missed my stay there.

Tulinh Hotel was a lovely,quaint, boutique hotel with friendly and personable staff willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel when you stay in Ha Noi.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bring your camera in hand as there are a lot of great pictures to be taken in this area.

Tim, the manager is as good as all the reviews say... He single handedly made our trip better by giving us great restaurant suggestions and helping to book our tours. This a great value hotel in Hanoi and should not be missed.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right in the ancient town which is easy to navigate. Room is a bit small but nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is decent. Overall, good experience.

The staffs were very friendly and suggested places for us to visit. They can speak good English, they even surprised us with a birthday cake as the next day I checked in was my birthday! Rooms are clean and newly renovated.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Furthermore, the staff speaks good English and are very attentive to all the hotel guests. They are able to help you plan your trip and Hanoi, and it is a better choice as they will understand your needs.
The rooms are very clean but small. However, small hotel rooms are tipical in Hanoi due to the architectural style. A very cosy place to stay in.

This is my second stay in this hotel and it always great to see the hotel staff. The hotel staff is always there to assist you and guide you through Hanoi. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. I'm pretty sure I'll be back with my family in Tulinh. Lovely place, great staff!
Shopping Tip:
Summer is really hot in Hanoi. It is better to use light clothes, sandals and walking shorts will do. Branded clothes are cheap, but be careful with their size tags. Sometimes the tag is small but actually it is large or vice versa. Don't get taxi without the meter, as much as possible ask hotel to call a taxi for you.
