the room is quite good, but the reception is not fair, we had request the invoice, but she ask for the tax and not agreed to record this amount to the invoice. finally i did not take the invoice from the hotel.

The hotel is good but not for the people who want to visit hanoi old town

Vesna , what a dissappointment!

We couldn't use the swimming pool. Off the entire menu we could only have spaghetti bolognase, so we went to eat elsewhere only to be told that we had to get a taxi into Main area of Hanoi to get to a restaurant. So we ate at the hotel. We could hear the people next door using the bathroom. Nobody spoke English except the guest relations man who seemed embarassed by the hotel and could only apologise. The internet didn't work. We choose this hotel as we were under the impression it was near the airport only to find out the airport was an hour away. We ordered a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning and had to wait an hour for it as they had forgotten to do it, luckily we ordered the taxi earlier than we needed as we didn't want to stay in the hotel longer than we needed. There was constant noise from the building work going on downstairs. When we went to get breakfast in the morning we found cockroaches by the buffet table. This hotel was nothing like what was on the website and feel a bit cheated as we were celebrating our engagement the morning we arrived. A shame as I used Agaoda to book most of our hotels in Vietnam and we had such a brilliant time everywhere else we stayed.
Travel tip:
Don't bother, choose somewhere in main town.
