This hotel located at the tourist district and also is considered center of the town and it's quite convenient for us to dine or to have a shopping. The room is comfort and spacious with attached clean bathroom with long bath and hot shower. Also TV and air conditioner are all in. Bright room...big bed..and freight is provided too. Ah! one more thing, this hotel provides free internet to the guests, i really appreciate it as they do it for the convenience of the guests staying there.
The corridor there is not so clean with water stains on the carpet and the staircase too as the staircase also covered by carpet. So it looks disgusting and unpresentable. I noticed the rate that the hotel provides is uncertain to the guests. Some are $18, some are $20, Some are $17, or $22. Have to be very careful with the price of the opotional tours that they given! I paid high price with it compare to other tourists that go to same trip with me one. The things that they gave are not exact like what they promised.
In Hanoi, i thought i can enjoy good local food there but somehow i'm disappointed as at the roadside, i only can find noodle soup, their famous local food. Other than that, bread, and one or two stalls local food but taste is not so nice. I couldn't find famous Vietnam fresh spring roll at the roadside. Only can get it in the restaurant but the taste is totally different from Ho Chi Min City. Overall, i'm disappointed with the food there either in the restaurants or at the roadside. I always search for good food when travel. Hanoi disappoints me.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you like to drink beer, here the beer is cheap and fresh and it is pumped out from a big barrel. Sit at the roadside, enjoy the beer by sitting on a small stool.Quite relax. The souvenirs that they sell are unique and nice. Some are handmade and some are machine made. SAPA trip is amazing! A place that you shall never missed!
