The location of this hotel explains the relatively higher nightly rate as rooms are very basic as is the decor. The hotel appears to be a bit outdated and rooms are small. That being said, the service was excellent - hotel staff were very friendly, spoke decent English and were always willing to make an effort to help. The location is almost as good as it gets being just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake and loads of shopping too. I would recommend this hotel to young solo or couple travellers who are flexible on room standard and keen to stay in the centre of the French quarter.

This hotel has an amazing location just steps away from Hoan Kiem lake. This area is considered central in the French quarter and is full of shopping, site seeing and dining options. The hotel itself is outdated in terms of its decor and rooms are very basic and small. The hotel staff are very friendly and eager to help even if their English language skills are not very strong. They are knowledgeable about the area and offered good dining recommendations. This hotel's relatively higher price is worth it for the location conscious but not for those who are looking for luxury. It is perfectly comfortable and clean but lacks the high comfort standards of other hotels in that price range a little further away.

Zephyr Hotel - Hanoi
The reception area was clean and sparkling, making a welcome change from the noise and dust of the streets. The staff were also welcoming and friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little hotel. We booked a suite so we had a balcony overlooking the Hoan Kiem Lake, and we were minutes away from this lake, a small supermarket, a bakery, and the touristy Old French Quarter. The room service menu food was also excellent - we ordered the Vietnamese salad rolls (like uncooked spring rolls) with almost every meal.

ポエンキエム湖の南で観光にも食事（レストラン）にも便利で、個人旅行客におすすめ。前の道路が北から南への一方通行なので、空港からは問題ないが、南訪問からであれば、すぐ近くの交差点で降りた方が無駄がない。必要十分な設備はあるが、湯の出が悪かったり、やや設備の古さも。

Sweetに家族4人で泊まったが広くて清潔で快適だった。ホアンキエム湖も近く、旧市街も歩いて行けたのでアクセスも良かった。売店のケーキも美味しかった。
