First time stay in this hotel chain
the location of the hotel is convenient

I have heard about this hotel and my first stay has been good. There is a lift and it is easier for us to get into higher floors. However, I would appreciate to have checks conducted on visitors moving into the hotels. The Hotel staff should have asked the intention of these visitors going into the lift.
Restaurant Tip:
Go to Zen Plaza and try the food at Sushi Bar, its rather affordable although the food is just average.

The location is great since the hotel is very near the shopping areas and the city center. The rooms though are very small. We wanted to add an extra bed but we were not allowed since it wouldn't fit in our room, the room design was great though

We love the designs of the rooms in this hotel. It's very victorian and we feel like we are in a different place. The rooms are very small though the suite room is just enough for 3 persons and we needed to add extra bed for the 3rd person. Some of the staff though are not very accommodating but some are very nice so they were not that consistent.

Very near to Ben Thanh market , the theatre and it is like the heart of the city.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old district in walking distance from the market and bus station. That was a great plus!
The rooms are very well designed and spacious!
The offered reasonably priced massages as well, though these were arranged for in one of the other A&EM hotel on the adjacent street.

The hotel is a relatively small but adequate one. It is well located near the Ben Thanh market, and within walking distance to the Saigon Square and Rex Hotel area.
This particular branch of the A&EM chain of hotels is decorated in a rather charming European manner, rooms are comfortable and relatively clean. Breakfast is basic, with surprisingly few guests on both days we were there.
Overall, no major complaints and a relatively good hotel for the price we paid.

it took only 30 min from hotel to airport. it is very good location. gd to all sightseeing pt. a lot of eats to eat nearby.
