10 minutes walk from benthan, location is good. breakfast served as buffet and the foods are quite good. compared its reasonable price, good location and good staff are the strong points in this hotel

Very nice and helpfuul staff
The staff was really good, i arrived to the hotel and upgrade me to deluxe that it was really nice surpride. The room really good but a litlle bit smal, the bathroom is great with a lot of amenities and wad very clean!!! The breakfast is poor but it's almast in all Vietnam.

Very good location, jusr 10 minutes walk from Bun Tan Market and 30-40 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes walk from the Notre Dam.

Good location, but very small rooms

The room I booked was supposed to be 30 sq mts. The one I was put in was 16! a lot smaller. The room was also next to the service stairs and the staff were very noisy day and night. Overall the hotel was OK for a budget stay, but I wouldn't recommend it if someone wanted a good nights sleep. The staff were friendly enough, the breakfast was ordinary, the toilet in my room didn't flush properly and guests were allowed to smoke in the corridors and smoke permeated through the rooms which was not nice for non smokers. There was also no effort to keep noisy guests from disturbing others in the middle of the night.
Travel tip:
OK for a budget stay, but make sure you get what you booked.

This small and satisfactory hotel is situated close to Ben Thanh Market and the De Tham Street tourist belt. Rooms are small but adequate, bathrooms are functional but again adequate, complimentary breakfast is average and the wifi access perfectly good. The front desk service is friendly and efficient and allin all this is a good hotel experience for a few days stay. Probably not suitable for business visitors
Shopping Tip:
Ben Thanh market - Vietnam is the world's largest producer of cashew nuts. 1kg bags of fresh cashnew nuts for USD10-11 are a popular item

No smile - poor room allocation

For 3 days we stayed in a room on the second floor where the air circulation was bad as the only window in the room had to be closed had to be shut because it was next to a staircase and a security risk to keep it open. I asked for another room but was told the hotel was fully booked.
The staff are extremely unhelpful - no service or suggestions for joining any local tours.

Room a bit small than expected. Approached customer service with nice and polite help provided. Experienced with electicity cut-off during my stay, but it was recovered within short period of time. Although do not know what was went wrong, but staffs informed me that it will recovered within an hour. Great and well done.

Shopping Tip:
Shopping in Benh Tanh for me is horrible especially clothing section, once you ask the price they will grab your hands like they will hold you.better buy outside Benh Tanh Market at the back side coz its fixed price and good buy.

Great location and traditional looking

We stayed there for about four nights in September. Basic facilities with bath tub in the room. It looks abit traditional or i would say abit rundown. Nevertheless, it has a good location that is near to eateries and tour agencies.
