The Hotel is located in front of a park, Close to some ffamous Sightseeing places in Ho Chi Minh City, many Restaurants and bars opposite the park / Hotel (the "back-packer" area). With taxi just five minutes to the opera andthe City Center of District 1. Many good Shopping malls and Restaurants there.

This is a budget quality hotel in a fairly good location for the tourist areas of Ben Thanh market and De Tham Street. It's fair price point is a reflection of what to expect, and this is a fairly standard level of offering in the Vietnam hotel market. Rooms are small and basic, yet reasonable, the breakfast buffet is available, yet forgettable, wireless internet is complimentary and the staff are adequately friendly. What you see is what you get and what you pay for is what you get

Stayed only for 1 day. Had a high floor room. Room was big and clean. Wifi is ok. Breakfast was not much. This hotel is in the city centre where everything happens and alot of traffic. You will hear the traffic outside, but if you choose a room in the rear it will be more quiet. For this price I was satisfied, but breakfast could be better.

The best thing about this hotel is the party that is opposite the hotel. There is a foreigner enclaves that is very hip and happening at night. While I am there for business, the nightlife there helps me to unwind.

Hotel is located in the Quan Nhat, very easy to go to Ben Thanh market, New World Hotel, Zen Plaza and nearby Phố Tây Pham Ngu Lao.
Everything is perfect accept to pretty poor breakfast. The good oftion is to book room without breakfast and enjoy it outside the hotel. There's plenty of choices.
