very nice stay, staff was helpful although they have difficulty with english language.breakfast was buffet with enough choices,the bathroom was big with jacuzzi, the hotel was recommendable.it is located in the heart of the city, a block away from Ben Than market where you can buy everything at a very good price.

We stayed in a 4 person room which was quite spacious. The facilities were OK including fast free wifi. Location is great for accessing tourist services. We have booked it for our return trip to Saigon as room rate was on discount.

Great location and big room
Near to Ben Trang Market just 5 minute walked

1st time for us when we come to hotel and the hotel keep our passport. I very worry at beginner, but i think that is for our good. We like this hotel because they can help us to book city tour.
We can go to ben trang market just 5 minute walk. And 20 minute walk to Ho Chi Minh post office.

front desk staff spoke good english. would stay here again. if you arrange a pickup from the airport, remember to tell the driver that you are staying at ruby 4 - a as they have other hotels and we were taken to ruby 1 by mistake - they moved us to ruby 4 and it was no problem - but wasted a bit of time. for a traveller, i actually think ruby 4 is in a better location - though ruby 1 is more upmarket.

Great cosy hotel
10 mins walk from Benn Than market and nite market.

Good hotel, with good service, special mention to Mr Aman, who is their head chef/ restauran manager; who was very helpful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Several Halal restaurant in walking distance for medium and reasonable charges.

Friendly staff but the carpets on first floor smelt bad. Theres a nice cafe round the corner, Nguyen Hoang. A must try!
