Very nice hotel for the money,. The staff are very friendly, loved the free breakfast, free wifi and that they washed your clothes each day.
The only problem is the beds are very hard.

The hotel is fine and small. Location was not so good since you still have to take taxi to anywhere in ho chi mihn city. The reception was not so goof in advising the wrong number of persons booked in each roon. Otherwise the stay was ok.

i love staying in ava saigon 2 hotel. it was incredible moment in there. we were really close to the backpacker area, restaurant, ben than market, and many else.
even the staff can't speak english fluently, they were still very nice, and warm.
i'll like to stay in ava saigon 2 hotel again, if i come to ho chi minh again

There are many halal restaurant near to this hotel. This hotel also near with the morning market (a lot of things you can see)

Ideal hotel to stay at. Within walking distance to the nightlife area,shopping spots and eateries., Got a room on the 5th floor so was spared the noise of the traffic. We went in a group of 3, and the room was comfortable for 3 adults. Rooms were clean, made up daily with complimentary laundry service as well. Breakfast, however, could have been better.

we had a great stay at this hotel. the staff were very friendly and always smiling. the room was quite nice, but vey clean. we loved the free laundry. the breakfast was good. the only problem we had was with the airport pick up. please beware if you use this service. do not pay the driver like we did. we paid the driver when we arrrived at our hotel. when we went to pay our bill they had charged us for the airport pickup. the driver lied and said that we had not paid him. the hotel owner was not very understanding and asked us for the receipt. i told him we did not have a receipt and he said that because we did not have a receipt we would have to pay we had a wonderful time in vietnam but this was not a very nice end to our trip. we will still go back to this hotel, great value.also very good spa just up the road.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Cu Chi Tunnels tour was very cheap. Well worth doing.

离最繁华的范无老，DeTham北段隔了一条街，没有那么喧嚣，走路去最热闹的地方5分钟。酒店旁边有一个本地的小菜场，一些本地人的小餐厅，吃东西方便。酒店提供免费洗衣很特别，WIFI信号不错，还给了我一份简约的游览地图。早餐是一人一份的，简单但味道还好。

向北走5分钟，有许多酒吧，大排档，饮品摊子
