We were very happy with our first stay at the hotel They arranged tours and airline flights at very reasonable rates. The room was extremely clean and was refreshed each day. Breakfast was quite good seeing it was included in the cost. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Thank You all.

In the heart of the backpackers district

We has a room facing the road so it was a bit noisy at night while everyone was partying outside. However my other family members stayed in rooms facing the other way and they said they couldn't hear a thing.
The staff were nice and helpful. Just be careful of your handbags and don't wear jewellery as we saw a tourist be robbed of something that was around his neck (chain I think)
Breakfast was good value and better than some other hotels. Rooms were clean and functional.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The family room has a shower whereas the other rooms only have a showerhead making it very wet when you're showering.

Got a very good service from the staff from the timely pick up at the airport with our past twelve midnight arrival, until our return to the Philippines. So patient and kind to arrange for the six of us, a booking for a one night stay in Cambodia at exactly the same rate made way ahead and the trip to Cambodia with pick up at the hotel. They speak good English,shows direction and hailed a taxi to where we want to go. Food is not a problem since restaurants in the vicinity offers a variety of Western,European, Indian and local menu at very reasonable price.
My son, cousins and myself would definitely stay again at this hotel.

I spend for 4 room at same price but they give me 2 type of room.
the room at 6 floor and 7 floor is super small and the room which located at lower floor is bigger and comfortable.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel allowed us to check out at 12.30pm and when we travel to mui ne,we can left our big luggage at the Hotel.

if you're into shopping at ben than market, this place is a 15minutes walk and you have to cross the horrendous vietnamese traffic a few times before reaching your destination!
the hotel is located next to many bars and is pretty noisy at night and in the wee hours of the morning with loud music and incessant honking of motorbikes.
for muslim clients,not much choice for breakfast...sliced bread with butter/jam and 2 types of fruits

worst hotel ever! do not stay!

I stayed there with my family. I managed to book 2 rooms via agoda, and checked in both of rooms. I left my stuffs in the rooms, and went out. I ended up coming back a middle of night. I tried to walk into one of the rooms, and asked for a key, because hotel guests must give their keys to reception(I do not know the reasons why). However, the hotel rent the room to other people. My stuffs were still there. DO NOT STAY THERE. It was the worst experience ever.

The hotel is quite suitable for family traveler. There are big bed. It's comfortable. The restroom is clean ,breakfast is ok. The hotel is in the center of city .
