Good restaurant and attentive staffs
The restaurant is spacious and the food is plenty

The hotel has great location as it is only about 5-min walk to Ben Thanh market as well as to Reunification Palace, and close by car to tourist spots such as the Post Office and Notre Dame.
The restaurant is spacious and the food variety is good. The restaurant staffs are very attentive.
The only cons for this hotel is that there is no window in most rooms.

i have stayed at this hotel at least three times and each time i had a different room. each time i have stayed it has always been good, rooms are always clean, nice and a lil lux depending on which room you stay in. staff are generally really nice. bell boys are very sweet, always lending a helping hand. reception staff are on and off, sometimes very welcoming and sometimes cold.
overall highly recc though

Blue Diamond Hotel a good modern hotel with a good location, Again i got this on an Agoda deal, it was not what i thought i was getting, the room was small, no window, and we had to upgrade for a further charge. The new new room was great

Great location with horrible service

The Blue Diamond is in a great location - hands down it can't be beat. However, we were tremendously disappointed with the level of service from nearly all of the staff. The staff was unorganized and not friendly at all. There was a female receptionist who might be one of the rudest service professionals we came across during our entire trip. The breakfast was mediocre and totally packed. I would seek a different hotel in this same location.

Check out the Vietnam Military Museum - a great trip!

the hotel is very near benh thanh, just two blocks away. hotel staff were very helpful and nice. they helped us get a cab and talked to the driver and gave directions were we will go. a lot of choices for the breakfast. the hotel room was also clean, another positive point for this hotel. we had a great time at blue diamond hotel.
one concern though is that they ask for your passport upon check-in. they will return the passport upon check-out. they say it is hotel policy. but of course, if you are a tourist you want your passport to be in your care always.
Shopping Tip:
When shopping at Benh Thanh, always bargain for a good price, ask for discounts like 40% to 50% off from what is quoted. The sellers usually mark up the selling price.

We spent 2 nights here and it was a great stay. The staff was always smiling and pleasant. The location was great, just a short 2 blocks from the night market. Did not have any issues with sound from other rooms. Breakfast was the usual buffet and the food was well prepared and good with plenty of selections.

I had a plesant time at Blue Diamond. It was very conveniently located to a Salon, Spa and shopping. The in-house foot massage was excellent for the money. The only set back is that the room was slightly small.

if you stay in the lower floor it is very noisy at night time. rooms were not availible for my first night of booking and they gave me a room of lower category than my booking.

request from the fourth floor and up if you are a light sleeper

Very well located. The staffs are friendly. The rooms are cleaned everyday and I am happy with my stay here. Will recommend this hotel to my friends in future. Value for money !
