great location but small rooms

the staff are helpful but strict when it comes to rules and regulation. the rooms are new, clean, with wifi but a bit small. the location is great since it is near ben tanh market and the shopping street. there are also a lot of coffee shop, restaurant and street food around the hotel. it is also near a lot of boutiques. the staff were helpful in organizing tours. the price is affordable and reasonable. the food is also good and changes everyday.

Lovely hotel with warm friendly staff
Very good value and central for all tourist attractions with the market being at the bottom of the road, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms with good breakfast

We spent three nights in Blue Diamond Hotel. The room is ok, nothing fancy but quite clean and comfortable - there is only a small window, overlooking other part of the hotel.
Location wise the hotel is near (walking distance) some tourist attractions: ben thanh market, reunification palace, catedral so it is easy to get around the city.
The staffs are also friendly, they are ready to help you anytime!
Restaurant Tip:
It is rather difficult to find any convenience store nearby, so don't forget to buy necessary mineral water / snacks before going back to hotel!

This has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly all the time. Check in and out went smoothly. The amenities and rooms were excellent. The location is prefect for anyone visiting the city for a short time, as all the major attractions are within walking distance. Despite being in the centre of the city, the hotel rooms were very quiet. I hardly heard anything thoughout the nights

i cannot rave enough about this hotel. i would have to rate it as one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. a special niote should go towards the hotel reception staff. we left wallets in the room safe and only found out when on an outbound train. when we contacted the hotel, they arranged to courier the wallets to us, as we were in another part of the country. this they did with friendliness, and at no cost to ourselves. absolutely fantastic.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Siagon River Express does trips to the Cu Chi Tunnel area. Definitely worth the money.

Simple but neat hotel

Stayed here for a few nights rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Hotel location is good for visiting sights. Breakfast buffet was OK but not outstanding.
Restaurant Tip:
Try Pizza 4P's, little hard to find but definately worth it for traditional pizzas and also pizzas with a Japanese flavour

this hotel is within walking distance to most of the highlights of saigon. clean, good breakfast buffet and the staff helped me out after i marched a cyclo driver a few hundred metres to the hotel after a dispute about the fair:)
Travel tip:
don't trust the cyclo drivers, hehe

Convenient location
The location is within walking distance to the famous market, reunification palace , war remnant musuem, cathedral , post office & shopping areas . Very convenient.

Enjoyed our stay thoroughly . Hotel was clean, buffet selection was good. Staff v attentive and friendly. My my luxury room was a good size with windows. Hotel is near a excellent jap eatery Don, & both pho 24 and pho 2000. Only weakness is the flight of stairs at entrance . Better if handrails were installed. Easier for the elderly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Do visit the reunification palace and museums . They open early at 730 am and shut for a break at 12 pm. While these appear a bit run down, the content is quite amazing. As for Ben thanh mkt, pse bargain. I prefer the night mkt which peddles largely the same ware but cheaper . As for pho, my family preferred pho24 over pho2000.
