staffs are friendly, upgraded my standard room to an executive room, foods are good,
Everything else is fine except for the only window in the room is not facing the outdoor but a stairway inside the building. No privacy at all if you don't cover it up by the curtain, thus making the room very dark. Was told by staff that only the deluxe executive room has a window where you have excess to the sunshine out there.

The staffs are very helpful and courteous.
The transfer for the hotel rate is quite steep.
During my stay here the staffs are very nice and they also give us a surprise that they know my partner's birthdate and gave him a slice of birthday cake.It really caught me and my boyfriend a surprise when they ring the bell and gave us a cake. I will definitely remember this moment and will recommend it to me friends.

Excellent Location and very helpful Staff
This was my first stay at this hotel which is located in the City Centre and in the centre of the most happening place. The staff is very friendly with excellent facilities. Free WiFi of good speed was very helpful. A lot of restaurants and specially Indian Restaurant nearby was a great plus point. Very close to shopping and tourist spots. A decent choice in the buffet breakfast. The place is value for money and I will come back.
Restaurant Tip : Good Indian and Italian Restaurant nearby. Please ask the hotel desk for info.

The hotel is ideally placed in district 1 , close to some architectural gems of old Saigon but almost swallowed by new developments which could have been anywhere in the world. I did not expect high end shopping emporiums selling Gucci and Versace at "real" European prices.
the hotel was clean and staff very welcoming . My room was well equipped ,quiet and comfortable but lacked character - it could have been anywhere. Breakfast was good.
On the whole this is a safe and comfortable place to stay offering high standards of comfort and being close to some great shopping but don't expect an oriental experience.

Really nice and wonderful night shift front desk guy! Willing to upgrade if they have room. The breakfast had good variety and was healthy! The doormen are wonderful, and very efficient and helpful!
They say that they have a fitness center, rather there is a room that is over 100 degrees and no air con. with a gazelle (that is broken) two bikes, both broken, no matching weight and a treadmill that if I stood it would shake, let alone run! The rooms are gloomy, and aircon VERY loud or not working, I have stayed here two nights in four rooms?? Thank God it wasn't full.
Shopping Tip : The main market is very close. Lots of great little places to stop in on the way. The market is very busy and hot at high noon, so try and plan your visit accordingly.

Room clean. Staff pleasant helpful
a little old. poor choice in breakfast
The hotel was very clean and the staff pleasant. The room was very good and was as expected, although the hotel interior was a little old. the breakfast choice was a little limited. the location ot the hotel was perfect and the overall facilities were adequate. The room was quiet and overall the stay was enjoyable and I would certainly use this hotel again.

Not too friendly
Breakfast is boring
I enjoyed staying at this hotel, which is centrally located in the middle of District one, just over the road from the Sheraton. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby, good tourist shopping and a variety of bars, etc. I did not try the restaurant, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing, despite the magnificent rooftop location of the breakfast room.
Restaurant Tip : Try the Goldfish Restaurant, just around the corner from the hotel.

Good location, reasonable price, clean room, good wireless internet condition
The hotel didn't receive a parcel addressed to me. The bathroom is a bit small
The hotel is new and clean. Room furniture is trendy. Breakfast quality is also good. Location is excellent. Wireless network condition is also good so I can recommend this hotel to business traveler as well. They didn't receive my parcel that I sent to myself from Australia but they found out where it had been sent. It was returned to the HCMC Airport custom so they paid the taxi fee for me to get there.
I wish the bathroom is a bit bigger. The shower head is not very easy to use.

It was wonderful! Great location, excellent breakfast in a beautiful rooftop setting, very helpful and caring staff.
air conditioner takes a long time to cool down room but that's a given when it has to restart every time you come back to the room.
I would easily recommend this hotel. One caveat. . .the first room they put me in had a window on an enclosed shaft. . very depressing and noisy. I immediately asked for a change and they upgraded me (without charge) to a room on the same floor with a balcony overlooking Dong Khoi Street.

Location, cosy feeling, friendly staff, nice buffet cafe and lounge.
Lack of a bathtub, no pool..not sure if there's a gym
We checked in for only one night. I booked two standard rooms for only one night each but was very pleasantly surprised when they told us that we were both upgraded to Executive Suites. The Executive Suites was very tastefully furnished. There was a living room separate from the bedroom with a door that could be closed for privacy. Each room had its own airconditioner and television and writing desk.
There is no door to the toilet and bathroom and access is via the bedroom. You will see a simple vanity counter and a toilet seat in a small corner. Opposite is the shower cubicle. There is no bathtub.
The service was attentive and courteous at all times. It was a bit short to comment on the quality of service but the Relationship Manager did come to talk to us to ask how our stay was.

New renovated room.
Quiet.
Central location.
The hotel is in the heart of the city, great location, close to restaurants and attractions. The room was quiet, clean and modern, just renovated with modern design. The staff was supportive and friendly. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but alright. I would recommend the hotel.

- Great Location.
- Friendly and helpful staff.
- You can bring guests to your room during the day.
- Adequate breakfast.
- Good price for the room taking in consideration the location.
The hotel is located across the Sheraton in the center of the city. I was able to walk to many interesting places such as the Opera House, The Hindu Temple, Notre dame Cathedral, the old post office, the Unification palace and many other tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers.
I liked the friendliness and politeness of the staff. In general I enjoyed staying in this hotel and I would definitely stay again here when I visit Ho Chi Minh in the future.

Location on Dong Khoi, District 1. Good value.
Not flashy if you want to impress.
Balcony rooms are a misnomer...more like a virtually useless ledge.
