Clean and practical - well located

Hotel fairly recently renovated, although not new, amenities are adequate and Price/ Quality is a plus compared to other locations in the area. Staff was very attentive and were solution oriented when it came to special requests &/ or advice. The hotel is centrally located close to shops and business centers, very practical for the business traveler.

Good hotel, in the heart of Sai Gon

The hotel is just renovated when I stayed here in Sep 2011. Room amenities looks clean and neat. Vietnamese food buffet in the restaurant is worth to try. It is delicious and reasonable price. In general, services are very good. Location is the most advantageous point of this hotel. Shopping streets and dining are within walking distance.

this was my 5th stay at hotel. the super deluxe room was newly renovated and was good. some small problems were fixed by supportive housekeeping staff promptly.service was good and very cooperative staff. the location is the biggest advantage. in the heart of the city with lot of shopping area and restaurants. breakfast need some improvement, it is same average quality/variety for last some years.
Restaurant Tip:
Saigon Indian Restaurant and Promodoro Italian Restaurant nearby are the great place

good breakfast - i like the food there, nice hotel staff - it's just the air conditioner at the room is too old & noisy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
walking distance to Parkson - Saigon Tourist Plaza & Viet Com.
You can walk to Ben tanh market too.

i travelled with 2 little children, the hotel charged me extra us$ per night with breakfast for my eldest(8 years). after i told them my child would not want the breakfast, they reduced to us$ 10 per night. end up i have to pay extra for 3 nights....
room is nice and new as recently upgraded, but it's at the back so quite dark despite the window ( but could not see anything throught that window)
breakfast is so so...services are ok.

Same Problem Again on Air Con

Same problem again occured on new upgrade tower - AIRCON not cold enough.
BUT, after changing to another tower, no more problem.
Overall OK, great location.

The breakfast was bad. The room was ok. I expect for the price and being a super deluxe that I would have gotten better especially after the renovations. Expensive for vietnam and more like a 3 star. Very disappointing. Never again.
