Renovations completed in one wing, but online bookings likely to be placed in the old rooms. My room was clean, quiet, comfortable enough, but dated and poor value for money.

Good Hotel and I will come back

I have stayed at this Hotel for the 4th time as the location is great and very convenient. Many Indian, Italian and This Restaurants nearby. The staff is very co-operative and helpful. The Wifi Internet is Free. The nearby Banh Tanh market is a great place to shop. They even give you packed breakfast if you have to leave too early from the hotel. I will return again

Affordable and value for money hotel
its in the center of everything and lots of shops and restos nearby. big rooms and great value!

Me and my friends (16 of us) checked into Bong Sen for a vacation, The rooms are quite big for the price we paid and the a/c was cool enough after a day of walking around. The location is excellent as its in the middle of restos and bars. The breakfast food was good enough though their rooms with windows did not have any view at all (ours was facing a wall). But other than that we're happy for the price we paid. Excellent value.

Overall stay ứa ok. Staff in greanleaf cafe very friendly, nice bufet breakfast tho not excxceptional. Lót ò activity at the hotel, very popular I think.

Bong Sen hotel
the location was great - right in the middle of Dong Khoi

The room they gave me was small and stuffy with no view.It was next to the service elevator and a bit noisy. The pillows were smelly from the stuffy room. The window looked into a shaft and so would not open this. Very claustrophobic.
The good thing about the hotel was the location. It's right smack in the middle of Dong Khoi Street which is the main area in District 1.
Breakfast was not so bad.

Nice Location

Face to Don Koih Street to have very nice location to go shopping and business meeting. I think this hotel is nice to stay in Saigon. I liked to have breakfast at this hotel specially Lever Paste.

This ia a cheap and cheerful hotel. It is located centrally to all the sights in Saigon. The hotel would benefit from cleaning the air con filters more often.

Great location, but hotel is showing its age
Right in the middle of Dong Khoi Street, the location is hard to beat

Hard to figure out the room categories. I had a "Super Deluxe" and still wound up in the back of the hotel, with a window looking out into the window of a room on the opposite side. If this was a Super Deluxe, I wonder what the rooms with big windows and a lot of light facing Dong Khoi Street were. Bathrooms, room furniture, elevator, etc., all are 1970-ish. But the price certainly can't be beat, for that location in District 1.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurants are classy and relatively expensive on Dong Khoi Street. Check out the crossing side streets, which have much more variety and cheaper prices. Of course, if you're looking for 5-star eating, stay on Dong Khoi!

Good value for money in center of HCMC
hotel is located in city center - easy to get around

Hotel is located right in city center, so you can easy walk around to see attractions and do your shopping. - Breakfast is good, and a lot of choices. - Taxies are just outside the entrance. - Reception could be better - communication was not easy.
