i love the hotel beds, so huge,comfortable! service has been great too and the location was fantastic. everybody has been really faimly and the buffet breakfast spread was scrumptous!

The service of hotel is good & the breakfast is fabulous!
Cleanliness of the room is above average! When i checked out on 25 April, i left behind a diamond bangle but after i send email to hotel and confirmed that they found the bangle! They advised me to send letter of authorisation to to collect the bangle on my behalf.
Many thanks for the honesty of the hotel staff,i managed to get back my bangle!

Although the hotel was to a very high standard with regard to decor and appeal of the hotel. I did not enjoy my stay here as much as I anticipated. I booked this for my last night in Vietnam after 2 weeks of moving around. Although the rooms were very nicely appointed and on arrival the staff were very accomodating I ended up being a little disappointed with the hotel. The swimming pool was a nice setting but had renovations going on to the changing areas and maintenance was being carried out around the edge of the pool so wasn't the most peaceful place to relax. The Female spa facilties were also in need of an upgrade which I would imagine will be done after the male area - just seemd a little dated in comparison with the hotel. Also don't expect to get any sun around the pool as it was shaded from 3 sides due to multi storey blocks so the pool area felt very cool and shaded in comparison to be stood outside the hotel.
The staff in general were very acomodating and polite but the luggage guy was a bit rude at times when we asked to swap some stuff in our luggage which was being held for us on the last day, however as we left another one had taken over who was much more accomodating and friendly.

I had stayed at this hotel years ago for business. This time was for a weekend getaway.
The room was a generous size, breakfast downstairs was a really nice spread.
My one big complaint was Internet. Have stayed at other hotels in Saigon and found the Internet to be quick. Here was incredibly slow.
Would recommend for a holiday, but if you need something with good Internet for business I would stay somewhere else.

Staff, all the way from lobby to check in are very friendly. I had the previledge to be upgraded into excutive floors and could get late check out to suit my late afternoon flight back home.
Rooms are spacious and very convenient for biz travellers with good internet access.
Taxi is literally a door step away and readily available from the entrance of the hotel with staff ready to help all the time.
The gym is also well equipped, and great for a complete workout!
Shopping Tip:
Ben Thanh market is about 200m away, give you a chance to talk a little walk along the shophouses and try crossing the infamous junction full of motor bikes!
