Lovely hotel with fantastic location

lovely hotel, great service and very convenient to everything.
i booked 2 adjoining rooms with no windows. initially i thought that it would be claustrophic with no windows, however they had fake windows with curtains. the hotel is very convenient to everything - there's a coffee shop (serving illy coffee) in the foyer as you enter the hotel; a money changer (also conveniently located on the next corner with very good rates and as close as rba published rates), pho24 is also around the corner. there is a convenience store a few hundred meters away from the hotel (ask hotel for directions); ben thanh markets are 10-15mins walk away; night markets are 15-20mins walk away; department stores are also 5-10mins away. basically, it's close to everything, has a good selection for breakfast (served 6am - 10am) and quite reasonably priced. cantina would be my preferred stay if visiting hcmc again.

We spent a real nice stay in Catina, Deluxe rooms had all possible features you could expect.
Only minus, there was no window in the room, so beware ! it's tricky on the website. On the other hand, considering we went for New Year, it was extremely quite !
Would def. come again

Great boutique style hotel

This boutique hotel in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city made our two nights there very comfortable. They offered things like the turn down service of your bed and left a newspaper hanging on your door in the morning - two practices that a lot of other major hotel don't offer anymore. The rooms are not overly huge and they have fake windows but they are still comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good range of choices -even offering salmon as one of the meats. The staff had a good understanding of English and were easily able to assist us with our requests.

I have stayed in many hotels in HCMC, and in different parts of the city.
This is by far the best value for money hotel I've stayed in Vietnam.
It is clean, new, modern and convenient.
Definately my top choice hotel in HCMC!

Good Location with shopping around

Have stayed in this hotel a couple of times, and am quite happy with the service and location. There are many restaurants and bars around the area and its one of the main shopping street. The rooms are clean and of decent size.

small rooms...but nice location
central location, close to nice food

nice hotel but had a problem getting my girlfriend checked in even though the reservation was for 2. they said that i need to be married...or get another room for her...right!!!
also the room with no window will really make you claustrophobic..so make sure that you are ok with that

it was a clean environment with friendly staff. i love the fact that you are across the street from sheraton, so you get to enjoy all that the vicinity has to offer. would recommend this hotel.

nice hotel, but the internet is so slow. i don't what i can say, just stay it, you might get very good exprience over ther.
Restaurant Tip:
There are many nice restaurant around the hotel. You can go out by walk for dinner, or go clubbing at the nite if you want it.

Superb location

We stayed in Catina Hotel for 4 days. The room is modern, clean and spacious. Free Wifi is a plus and little details (eg, multi-pin plug, hair dryer, full amenities kit)are in placed. Breakfast is included in the rate is a plus.
Staffs are friendly and helpful and do not hesitate to extend their knowledge of HCMC. Great service with a smile.
Catina is strategically located in District 1 and many tourist location are within walking distance from the hotel. Within steps from hotel, there is Spa Armani which offer reasonable massage, manicure services. Food is just around the cornor(1 min walk)with Pho 24 and Lemongrass.
Catina Hotel will sure be my top return list for HCMC.
