decent rooms, good location
hotel is well known by taxi drivers, food, small market outside

the breakfast and service was reasonable.
there were a few problems when we arrived, the safety box & hot water wasnt working so i called the reception a couple of times. their english is not very great so please talk slowly with them, they are happy to help. they resolved the issues after a while.
the hotel is well known, you can walk to a small market around the corner, a few food shops outside and on the main street.
we stayed on a saturday night and it was very noisy outside due to people partying so we had trouble sleeping. there is a hotel massage on one of the levels hence it may be linked to the partying.

Lovely hotel but bad English skills!
The Vietnamese/Chinese lady receptionist in the morning of 21st Nov which we did not ask her name was all smiles n welcoming

The male night receptionist on the 20th Nov about 8pm, who checked us in could not communicate in English well enough!How could he claim he could not change my 100,000 vietnames dong note! What happened to the cashier? We asked the same receptionsit if our Vietnamese friend had left us 2 messages in the morning but he twice repeatedly said that there was not messages! But we when we met our Viet friend the next morning, he said he had indeed left us 2 messages!The night porter could not understand nor speak basic English!The bed sheets n linens were very clean n rooms very clean! But the room carpet was thread bare! Upon check in, we were told we were upgraded to a bigger room on the 1st floor(above the ground fllor) but we could hear party noises from the hotel restaurent opp our room! And the next morning, we could hear guests speaking whilst checking out along the corridoor! The walls are very thin n door too!The morning breakast was colourless and insipid and food had too much fat in it! Bad for thr heart! Please do not recommend this hotel to anyone else! Thank you
