I have stayed in Elegant Hotel a few years back and was happy with the experience. This prompted my current booking in Mar 2013. However, I was disappointed to an extent this time round.The hotel has not been honest in assigning me the room (deluxe) I have paid for. After some attempts of changing room, I accepted a room with no Jacuzzi bathtub as stated in their room info as I was tired of changing room. On a positive note, the rooms are still as clean as before and the staff are as friendly as ever.
